A nice example of this reverse painted glass and foil trade sign from Burlingame's General Store featuring ornate foil features throughout the field, with a nice copper original frame. CONDITION: The field of this sign show general crazing to the foil background throughout. There is minor crazing and bubbling to the black sections and the lettering as well. The outer edges of the glass piece show heavier paint loss and wear. The frame is made of copper and shows age-appropriate denting and patina. A few of the screws in the copper frame are missing. An impressive and well-displaying example of this early sign. This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made. Condition: (7.5).
