Description
Georges Roualt (1871-1958) heliogravure titled Sunt Lacrimae Rerum (In all things, tears) after the original which was produced in 1926. This is from Rouault’s Miserere (Mercy) Plate 46, and it is the 1950 edition that was printed by Aulard et Cie, Paris. It is matted and framed under glass in a simple wooden frame. With frame, it measures 12.5 inches x 15.5 inches. This piece was acquired from a Metro Washington DC area., 12.5IN x 15.5IN (32cm x 39cm), LOT REF #24-227
