Two Pre-Columbian Peruvian Figural Stirrup Vessels with Provenance
subjects to include: a Vicus Culture kneeling man, circa 200-400 A.D. (7-3/4 in.) and a Mochica IV figure with an offering, 200-500 A.D. (7-3/4 in.) (chipping to handle).
Ex. Edward L. Shaw, each with a document stating in Portuguese: "This work was exhibited at the Asia-America-Africa exhibition at Galeria Bonino in Rio de Janeiro in December 1971." One vessel is numbered 58 in the catalogue and the other numbered 63.
