Chinese Qing Dynasty Kangxi Famille Rose Porcelain Gourd Bottle. Potted in a shape of double gourd resemblance, with two bulbous bellies conjoined together, bulbous lower section finishing into a slender bottleneck at the top, suspending a cylindrical neck, raised on short ring foot base and slightly concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white color which contrast against famille rose design color depicted of elders surrounded with dense tree flowers bloom in a salubrious landscape. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue ring lines. Made in The Years Kangxi Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
