Built in the manner of Niels Koefoeds this character-rich ladder-back desk chair features intricate joinery dazzling woodgrains and a seat covered in new genuine Italian leather. Perfect behind a desk as a hallway accent or a corner chair this piece can easily blend against a multitude of design backdrops from Mid-Century Modern to Contemporary to Boho Chic.
With it's impressive height of 42 this stately chair is sure to make a BOLD impression in any space it inhabits. The combination of the caramel-dyed leather and black American walnut is as alluring as it is tasteful and a match made in designer heaven. Condition Details: This character-rich accent chair has received a partial restoration featuring new upholstery and medium-density foam. The solid walnut frame is in 100% original vintage condition and shows only minor wear such as nicks and scratches and areas of minor discoloration (all of which can be seen in the detail photos provided).
The seat has been recovered in a rich caramel colored genuine Italian leather hide that perfectly offsets the walnut woodgrains. The seat also features new medium density foam for a maximum comfort and the perfect sink.
This alluring accent chair is comfortable structurally sound and ready for a lifetime more of use.
