They are both by the same artist. This one measures 16.5 x 20.625 inches board size. It has a partial signature which has been largely cut off, but the date remains (19)23. There may be enough there for someone to identify the artist, but I've not been able to crack it. They are incredible quality and date from the height of modernism and fauvism. This painting shows a view in a farm yard with a round straw roofed silo?, other rustic buildings, and what I'm pretty sure is a llama in the foreground. Absolutely expert brushwork and colors.
