Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. The tabletop with five 9.5" x 6" rectangular areas of degradation to the finish. As well, with a stress crack through the middle, other areas of finish wear, and scattered stains. The legs and stretcher with indentations and small scattered chipped losses.
