Edward Pellew (1757 – 1833). British naval officer. He fought in the American Revolution, French Revolutionary Wars and the Napoleonic Wars. Cut signature dated Feb. 1, 1795 measuring 3” x 1 ¾”. Mounted to a larger sheet with biographical information measuring 3” x 7 ½”. Fine.
