The Coen brothers channel Raymond Chandler to hilarious effect in this early-'90s-set cult comedy starring Jeff Bridges in his most famous role as a stoned bowler named The Dude, who becomes embroiled in a bizarre kidnapping plot. The impressive ensemble cast includes Julianne Moore, John Goodman, Steve Buscemi, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Sam Elliott, and John Turturro.
