Breast Star, gilt Silver, maker's mark "BW, Heinrich Weiss, Bucarest", hallmarked "95-39, crown", cross pattee with convex edges and curved arms (sometimes called an ("Alisee" cross), white enamel and a black enameled stripe near the sides of the cross, blue enameled legend "Nihil Sine Deo", surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves (left side) and oak leaves (right side), crossed swords through the center, white-enameled central medallion with black Romanian eagle with the Hohenzollern coat of arms on a shield on the eagle's chest, on the reverse medium pin.
