Starting November 12, 1868 through January 15th 1870, this document records the transfer of claims owned by John Nealy, William Slattery and David Neagle, 200 feet each to the Imperial Silver Mining Co. of White Pine Mining District, Nevada. The first page declares, ?Notice: we the undersigned claim (600) six hundred Feet on this ledge, running 150 feet westerly and 450 feet easterly, with dips, spurs and angles and privileges according to the laws of the White Pine District. This claim shall be known as the Imperial Mining Company. Dated this 12th of Nov. 1868."
