A Roman bronze statuette of an infant based on a Hellenistic prototype. The shape of the body reflects that of a child with a slightly prominent belly and short legs. The right arm is raised and the left is alongside the hips. For similar see: Les bronzes antiques de Paris, 1989, pg. 66 fig. 2.
