This 3/2 penta rod was made by Sweetgrass founder and master craftsman Glenn Brackett. Made for #6 lines, it has very light bamboo shafts, translucent red wraps, over-wrapped ferrules, an almost straight 6" grip with slight flares on both ends (light soiling), and burled reel seat with screw down-locking fittings. Lightly inked above the handle is: "Fishinrascal, Sweetgrass, 8'3", #6, 2189". When assembled, this excellent condition rod is 1/2" shorter than the stated length. It has the original red bag and labeled cream colored tube.
