Description

George Barnhart studio craft arm chair, late 20th/early 21st century, American, Western Pennsylvania. Whimsical armchair constructed from several types of figured hardwoods. Apparently unmarked. 37.25 x 27 x 25.75 inches. Provenance: Collection of ceramicist Edward S. Eberle (American, 1944-2023).

Condition

In overall good condition, apart from some slight separations at seat and front element, not effecting functionality. Some minor white accretions at left and right arms.
