Description
Native American, Southwestern United States, New Mexico, Acoma Pueblo, ca. late 20th century CE. A set of 5 hand-built pottery jars, each with a unique motif. Three of the vessels are presented in redware while the remaining 2 exhibit white grounds, each with dense decorative motifs in vibrant pigments. The largest is of the distinct San Juan Revival type. Size of largest: 4.8" W x 3.4" H (12.2 cm x 8.6 cm)

One with chips and one stable fissure; remaining 4 are intact. Nice pigment throughout. Smallest redware with signature "F.-J.C." and medium redware with signature "P. Baca."
