Very fine half model of the American cup yacht Rainbow. The 1934 New York Yacht Club Defender. Planked Mahogany deck with cabin, turned brass fittings including winches, binnacles, wheel pedestal. A spinnaker pole is mounted to the bow. Stubbed mast. Hull is white over gold. Mounted to a mahogany backboard. 10" H x 42" L. 9 lbs.
