lot 28: nicely refinished surface; the top is two-board, with some minor age cracks; drawer faces with some patches to edges / corners and/or some minor occasional losses; sides with some age cracks; brasses have been replaced, and left-most bail pull is missing and one screw is loose; slight chip to front right-facing knee return; drop finials possibly replaced, although not blatantly clear
