Eighteenth century edition of Cardinal Pallavicino's chief literary work, a history of the Council of Trent, considered a harsh though well-researched rebuttal to Paolo Sarpi's Istoria del Concilio Tridentino.
Very good condition except the damage on one of the spine heads, visible on the photos.
