Description

A World War I era Officer's visor cap, constructed of khaki fabric, a brown leather visor and gilded chin strap secured by two black metal buttons on either side, and a black metal American seal affixed at the center. No sweatband or sweat shield. The interior bears a tag indicaing the maker as United Cloth and Hat and Cap Makers. Some tearing and fraying to the lining, with light scratching to the visor, and notable patina to the right button. Also, minor area of soiling to the right side of the crown. Just good condition.
