A collection of over 115 photographs of mostly aviation scenes from World War I, original and reproduction with some real-photo postcards represented as well, representing many wartime scenarios including bi-planes both in flight and downed, portraits of fighter pilots, plane wreckage, and captured planes. The images also offer a glimpse into grim images on the ground, including bodies in trenches, tanks among wreckage, the dead on the battlefield, and much more. Contained within a large spiral-bound notebook, with each photograph carefully pasted on a page in groups. Overall very good condition.
