Limited Edition of only 500 individually numbered copies (each issued with a SIGNED, 7 x 5 inch, removable photographic print held in a secure pocket attached to rear paste down - this print being "standing, arms above head"). There were 2 separate editions with different covers and prints (so 1000 copies total in 2 versions of 500 copies each). 13.5 x 10 inches. Unpaginated (with circa 80 pages filled with full-page photographic images - including numerous gate folds). The books are not signed, only the print is signed. BOOK CONDITION: Fine/As new. SIGNED
