[Plus] Six related pieces including reprints of newspaper articles, copy of a letter from San Antonio Chamber of Commerce about the likelihood of the railroad crossing through the land in question, testimony regarding the near-certainty of oil being in abundance ("Phenomenal Gushing Under Gas Pressure"), etc.The prospects in McMullen County, south of San Antonio (in south but not really southwest Texas), the Famous Cow Creek Valley Country, are phenomenal, and the land dirt cheap, why save it for schools. $4.67 Per Month buys 40 acres on the Annual Payment Plan - with interest added.
