A PARCEL GILT BRONZE 'SQUIRRELS AND GOURD' INCENSE BURNER AND COVER Late Ming/early Qing Dynasty The body and cover together forming a hexalobed pumpkin supported on three slender cabriole legs, a pair of squirrels forming the handles below a finial formed as a stem emitting tendrils and three evenly placed leaves above three circular pierced panels to the cover for the release of smoke. 12cm (4 3/4in) high (2).
