A QUEEN ANNE SILVER LIGHTHOUSE CASTER

by Francis Garthorne, London 1704, the domed cover pierced with foliage and with a knop finial, the cylindrical body with an applied girdle, raised on a circular foot. 17cm high, 6.8 troy ounces



The hallmarks are very faint on the side of the caster. Repairs to the pierced work. Erasure, with some thinning, to the side. Wobbles from side to side.
