Condition report: Very good to excellent; 100% original surface paint. Very minor yellowing to the varnish. Dirt & Grime. Under UV examination, there is no evidence of restoration or in-painting.Additional Note(s):
Housed in its original 19th century hand carved gilt wooden frame. (frame re-gilded at some point in the last 25 years).
Lot Note(s): This absolutely 100% authentic gem is correctly signed: with WAWalker his typical burgundy-brown pigment over a F. W. Devoe & Co., Artist board (charcoaled colored backing). Displays beautifully!
