About: Easy chair model 118 with ottoman by Grete Jalk and manufactured by France & Son in the 1960's paired with a complementary ottoman both in teak and featuring new tweed upholstery in a fabulous mixed muted blue. The solid teak frame is in great vintage original condition and of classic timeless Danish Design. The poly coat on the chair has thinned in some areas but we confidently left it as is as it does nothing but add to the character of this collectible piece. Perfect in both a home or office setting this exceptionally beautiful chair and ottoman can blend seamlessly with a myriad of design backdrops from Modern to Contemporary to Minimalism or MCM. Condition Details: The exquisite set is in superb vintage condition and of classic timeless Danish design. The poly coat on the chair has thinned in some areas but we confidently left it as is as it does nothing but add to the character of this collectible piece. The knit blue fabric and foam cushions are new (replaced with medium density foam) and are the perfect contrast to the stunning teak grain. This chair and ottoman set are very comfortable structurally sound and ready for decades more of use.
