Fair condition. Both chairs show signs of minor repairs or adjustments to wood frames. Multiple base joints appear to have been reglued, and six small screws have been added to reinforce joints. Most original screws have been replaced, and there is one superfluous screw hole to one backrest support spindle. The original wood finish shows light scratching and minor wear consistent with age and use, most noticeably towards front feet. Original upholstery is still present but has been covered in a grey faux shearling fabric. Both chairs are stable for use and present well.
