Description
Native American, Southwestern United States, Southwestern New Mexico, Southeast Arizona, and Northern Chihuahua region of Mexico, Ancestral Puebloan (Anasazi), Mogollon-Mimbres tradition, ca. 1000 to 1300 CE; New Mexico, Ancestral Puebloan (Anasazi), Tularosa, ca. 900 to 1450 CE. A set of 2 hand-built pottery jars - the larger from the Anasazi Tularosa tradition and the more petite of Mogollon-Mimbres origin - with surfaces decorated in dense corrugations. Size (Tularosa): 7.7" W x 6.5" H (19.6 cm x 16.5 cm); (Mimbres): 3.7" W x 2.875" H (9.4 cm x 7.3 cm)
