Turkmen Embroidered Chyrpy, Late 19th - Early 20th C. A finely embroidered mantle made for a young woman which would have been worn pulled over the head to serve as a veil. Size: 3'3'' x 5'8'' (99 x 173 cm). Ex. Elizabeth and Richard Ettinghausen estate, Princeton, NJ.
