Native American, Southwestern United States, Jemez Pueblo, ca. mid to late-20th century CE. A handmade pottery vase painted with stepped geometric motifs around the neck and a feather pattern encircling the shoulder. Possibly by a Jemez artist, due to the earth-tone colors and matte finish that is characteristic of Jemez Pueblo. Size: 7" Diameter x 8.75" H (17.8 cm x 22.2 cm)
