Condition/Details: This scarce text is the report of a government-commissioned exploration of Utah's Great Basin "for a direct wagon-route from Camp Floyd in Genoa, in arson Valley," in 1859. The work is illustrated with a huge folded map, a folded table of distances, plate engravings of fish and fossils, and other charts and illustrations. The work is bound in green cloth, and measures approximately 12" by 10". The book shows some light external wear, and is solidly bound with clean pages and usual library markings.
