The blue Mahakala with four hands in rare four-headed Krodha-form, trampling on human bodies. He is holding a skull bowl and a hack-knife in his primary hands, a sword and spear in his elevated hands. Mahakala is standing on a lotus pedestal in front of a flaming Nimbus. He is surrounded by other deitys; left above is another form of Mahakala, to the right Viashravana (Jambhala) on a snowlion, left below Yamantaka on a bull, and right below is an armoured Yangleber riding a horse. With a mounting, enhanced by stylized Chinese characters "Shou" for longevity (the central with swastika), and a silk curtain. Damages due to age.
