Very rare stockholder's prospectus for the Quartz Hill Gold Mining Company, there are no copies available on the marketplace, and the book was last offered at auction over 60 years ago. The company's mines were located on Quartz Hill in Gilpin County of the Nevada District, Colorado Territory. In beautiful original, unrestored, and complete yellow wrappers.

Condition

Few faint spots of foxing, tiny tear on edge of rear wrapper, with small piece of tape on verso there; faint dampstain at top edges of first several leaves; else a near fine copy of a scarce work.
