Vintage 1970's Alvarez 5024 Dove Acoustic Guitar with a D'Andrea hard-shell case, MADE IN JAPAN label right underneath Serial Number #54746 inside the guitar. This has maple sides, back and neck with a rosewood and mother of pearl inlaid fretboard, ebony bridge and the classic Dove on the pick guard. Guitar body is in very good condition, but has some damage to back of upper neck. The guitar has a great set up and a wonderful sound and an even better look. These Artist series 5045 guitars were highly recommended for their excellent sound and design. The top and back of the body are fully bound as is the neck. Comes in a sturdy black case. A historic instrument from a classic era you can be proud to own. This lot has a reserve.
