A 19th Century Violin Gadget Cane. Unusual piece consists of a mahogany cane that can be converted into a violin. When the handle and collar are removed, the violin is revealed as is the storage compartment for the horse hair bow. Includes a canvas storage case. No apparent markings, but most likely German. Age and wear from use evident, and the ferrule is present but detached from the tip. 34" long overall. ESTIMATE $2,000-3,000
