An early 20th century gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The cushion-shape pink sapphire, within a rose-cut diamond marquise-shape surround, to the openwork gallery and plain band. Weight 2.6gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The band has been repaired/resized. Stamp to band, worn. The diamonds appear relatively bright and well matched, estimated total diamond spread weight 0.30ct, which is no indication of the total diamond weight. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Varying inclusions, some surface reaching. Diamonds are within closed back settings, possibly foil back.
