From the Collection of Greg Page. Offered are the actual blueprints for the construction of Graceland. Built in 1939 by Dr. Thomas Moore, Graceland would serve as Dr. Moore’s home and cattle farm until the property was sold in 1957 to Elvis. These are three original blueprints for the mansion that Elvis would call home for 20 years. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated. The three framed blueprints measure approximately 32 by 54 inches (81 cm x 137 cm) each.

Good condition with creases overall, edges worn with minor tears, white discoloration along edges, and multiple pin holes on left side. Bottom left corner of one blueprint is missing and two pieces are torn away on another. A sticker on the reverse of all three frames reads, "Sophie Brown Conservation."
