Description

Post Civil War (early 1870's). This camera is not marked but attributed to E.&H.T. Anthony has a "Peg-in-Hole" elevating center support column. Original bellows are vulcanized rubber over canvas rack & pinion lens marked "Darlow opticien Paris" with ser. NO# 29307, and "B.F.&Co. It has original varnish and leather lens cap. Over- all length retracted, 7 3/4" rear element: 3" Has slot for waterhouse stop apetures, with (5) original supplied. Marked: # 15, 30, 40, 50 & 60. Made out of brass. All glass is clean and clear.
