Item Details

Description

This clock case was hand crafted some time during the late 19th century. It was made to replace the original case which was made by John Belsner, probably in the late 18th century. The German-made works are original and bear the "John Belsner at Ephrata, Pa" mark. The weight appears to be original, but the chain and other hardware were replaced at some point. The clock is in perfect working order. Condition (Very Good). Size 92" L.
