Overall dirty, stretcher and frame appear to be original, untouched & original condition. Provenance: Deaccessioned from a museum at a Philadelphia, PA university. The painting was part of a collection donated to the University by Dr. Alma Dea Morani, MD. It is doubtful the Gallery would have not had original works. The collection from the Gallery was then donated to the University who in turn consigned the collection to be sold at public auction
