Front page, upper left has: “30 Perish as Great Air Liner Bursts Into Flames: Static or Engine Spark May Have Sent Hindenburg Down in Flame As She Was Nearly Grounded in Jersey.” Chipping at top center of front page (affecting part of the “r” in “Winchester.”). ++ THE EVENING STAR. Mar. 6, 1953. Front page has several stories encompassed by main headline: “Stalin’s Body Seen by Soviet Throngs.” 1st story on front page's 2nd-3rd columns: “U. S. Weighs Propaganda Line To Use During Red Transition: Experts Debate Plan of ‘Watchful Waiting’ Or All-Out Attempt to Create Confusion.” ++ PM DAILY. Oct. 29, 1941.
