Roman Empire, ca. 200 to 350 CE. Attractive ancient glass vessel in double unguent form; light to medium blue glass with twin cosmetic tubes connected along the length of the body, tall looping handle. 7"H.
Provenance: Ex-private collection of William Dale, a career diplomat stationed in Turkey in the early 1960's, who acquired a vast collection of Greek, Roman and Near-Eastern treasures during his tenure.
