Contemporary sheep, rebacked with gilt spine and titling label, Masonic bookplate of "Supreme Council 33¼" dated 1900; contents lightly browned, scattered contemporary corrections in ink, oxidized stain in blank outer margin of approximately thirty leaves in middle with some chipping (no text affected), front endpapers chipped; hole in rear blank endsheet.
