Machzor for Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur and Three Festivals, in the tradition of Poland, Bohemia, Morava, Lithuania and Raisen. Slavuta. Printed by Rabbi Shmuel Avraham Shapiro. 1827.
42 47-196 leaves, 18.5 cm. Some of the pages were printed on blue paper.
This is a machzor in the Ashkenazi tradition printed by Rabbi Shmuel Avraham Shapiro, son of Rabbi Moshe of Slavuta.
New leather binding. Artistically restored title page. Tiny moth marks, small tape reinforcers.
On the last page is a repaired tear with damage to three words. Generally in fine condition.
Rare. There is not a complete copy in the Israel National Library.
