2-piece sapphire blue silk, boned bodice covered in black tulle studded with beads and sequins, short puffed sleeve, ruched and pleated waistband, skirt having studded front insert flanked by beaded border with Van Dyke points, matching decoration to tulle hemband, taffeta underskirt with pleated net and lace hem ruffle. Woven Petersham label. B-36, W-32, L-38 1/2-58. (Bodice restyled: sleeves replaced, velvet trim added, tarnish to sequins, bodice lining torn, wear and repair at hem) good.
