One-piece sapphire blue velvet with collar, cuff and front skirt panel of grey and mauve striped silk with cream floral brocade, trimmed with double blue satin ruffle, pierced buttons with cut steels. B-28, W-22, L 57-70. (Skirt lining removed, one button replaced. light spots on collar) very good.
