Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Colima culture, ca. 200 BCE - 300 CE. Terracotta standing shaman with mask-like face playing a drum; wearing a tunic with incised geometric designs, having white shell-inlaid eyes. The horn on forehead emerging from his the peak of his long locks indicates that he is a shaman. 11-1/2”T x 6”W.
