Victorian double movement tall case clock, the hand made example executed by Steven Kowalski (American) using a fluted column which was part of a pre-1906 San Francisco Victorian, an early 19th century European tall case clock movement, heavy solid engraved brass clock dial from England, an antique copper pot used as the movement housing, and rising on solid brass ball feet. Uses two accurate quartz clock movements, signed by the artist 91"h x 14"w Note: Kowalski is a living artist who has commissioned works for celebrities nationwide, in addition, he designed the 26' centerfield clock at AT&T Park, San Francisco, home of the San Francisco Giants
