Magna-Grecia, Ca last quarter of the 4th century BCE. Blackware pottery wine and water pitcher with bulbous base, trefoil spout and rounded handle. 6.50"W x 4.50"H (16.51 W x 11.43 H cm)
Provenance: Ex-Collection of William Dale. Mr. Dale was a career diplomat stationed in Turkey in the early 1960's and acquired a vast collection of Greek, Roman and Near-Eastern treasures.
