Indus Valley, Pakistan / Baluchistan, Ca 3000 BCE. A very fine thin-walled polychrome pottery cup from the ancients of Indus Valley. Decorated with geometric and net designs in red, black, and cream. Elegant rounded form on narrow foot. An absolute find from this famous region of early pottery production! 3.25"W x 4.75"H (8.26 W x 12.07 H cm)
